'IF THERE WERE NO MORE BIRDS'
AUDIO DOC
This audio portrait focuses on birder Tim McCarthy, a member of the Canadian Ornithology Society and tracker of raptors - the migratory ones that fly south over Hawk Hill in High Park Toronto, Canada. The voice-over excerpts placed at the beginning, middle and end, are borrowed from non-fiction writer J.A. Baker’s work titled The Peregrine (1967) that follows his obsessive fascination with a pair of peregrine falcons in eastern England through a series of journal entries.
