This call-to-action essay film manifesto pays tribute to the cinematic animal. Whitehall completed this 34 min film while studying at X University in the Documentary Media Studies Graduate program.
Drawing on 10 manifesto edicts, the film manifesto focusses on the history of animals on film that is both horribly disturbing and beautifully fascinating. Whitehall uses both production footage, internet archive and archival film to visually narrate a series of documentary interviews.
